How to get to Water World
Directions from RTP/Cary From I-40 west of the airport exit, take Miami Boulevard
north to US 70. Turn left onto US 70 and travel towards Durham for about three
miles. Exit left at the Welcome to Durham sign (US 70 Business). Water World is
the second bulding on the right.(3 miles ahead on your right, just under the railroad
overpass.)
Directions from Chapel Hill: Take 15-501 north heading towards Durham. Stay on
15-501 until you reach I-85. Take I-85 North for several miles. Exit right onto
US 70 east (a couple miles past Northgate Mall) like you are heading to Raleigh,
then take the second exit which is route 98. At the bottom of the exit take a
left, go to the second set of stoplights (Wellons Village and big intersection)
and take a sharp left onto Miami Blvd. Travel straight through one stoplight,
and Water World will be on your left just after the cemetery and Division of Motor
Vehicles.
Directions from Raleigh: Take US 70 west (Glenwood Avenue). Travel west past the
airport until you reach Durham. Exit left at the Welcome to Durham sign (US 70
Business). Exit left at the Welcome to Durham sign (US 70 Business). Water World
is the second bulding on the right.(3 miles ahead on your right, just under the
railroad overpass.)
