Thanks to PADI's eLearning there is now another option for you in getting your certification! With eLearning you can now complete the academic portion of your training on-line and at your own pace. All of your bookwork will be completed on-line. You just sign up at www.padi.com or just click on the PADI eLEarning logo at the top of this page. Here is how it works....

1. Sign up at PADI eLearning. The cost is $120

2. You will be assigned to the PADI dive shop that is in your area. You do not have to contact the shop to complete this part of your training. When you have completed the course and recieved verification from PADI, they will contact us that you have enrolled and completed the academic portion of your training.

3. When you have completed the academic portion of your training you will contact us here at Water World and set up the "Confined Water" portion of your training. You will also take your knowledge test as well with us.

4. Once you have taken the test and completed the "Confined Water" portion you are now ready to do your "Certification Dives". This is a seperate class that you will need to sign up for. We have a set schedule for these certification dives. Click here for more info on the Certification Dive Schedule. (also known as "Open Water Training Dives").

Cost Breakdown:

PADI eLearning: $120 (paid directly to PADI)

Confined Water and Knowledge Test: $200

Open Water Training Dives: $139 (includes training, certification, and your equipment rental)

Equipment Needed: We will supply you with tanks, regulator, BCD, and wet suit. Each student is responsible for having their own mask, snorkel, fins and boots. We do offer these items at a discount to all students here at Water World.
