Brad was born and raised in rural Randolph County, North Carolina.  He earned his BA and MBA from Pfeiffer University.  When he isn’t diving, Brad works at Pfeiffer as the Graduate School Campus Director in Durham.  Brad was originally certified at Crystal River, FL with his wife, Emily.  Brad and Emily live in Raleigh and have two beautiful cats.  They dive frequently together at the local quarry, on the wrecks off the NC coast, on the wrecks and reefs around Fort Lauderdale, and make at least one trip each year to the Caribbean.  Brad is an avid underwater photographer taking photographs on most every dive. Brad’s favorite dive destination is John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park in Key Largo.  Brad earned his Divemaster Certification in January 2008.  He enjoys working with instructors and students sharing the sport he loves so much.
